MWANZONI Ltd in partnership with PKF Consulting have been appointed to undertake a feasibility study,raise financing and conduct project management activities for  the development of the proposed International Arbitration Centre.

Our engagement in the project stems from our capability to execute a start to end solution through providing a team of experts that will assist our client in the management and supervision of all technical, commercial, financial and administrative aspects of the project.

The proposed development is expected to have the following features:

  • A 600 capacity conference hall that may be partitioned to smaller meeting rooms
  • A 300 capacity restaurant and kitchen
  • An Arbitration Centre providing 20 arbitration and retiring rooms
  • 1,554 sq m of office space
  • Accommodation facilities comprising of 46 guest rooms and a residential dining area
  • 204 parking bays
  • Landscaping
  • Mechanical and electrical fittings and services.

Upon completion the International Arbitration Centre will mainly house the International Arbitration Centre as well as the client’s Secretariat. Among other expectations is hosting continued legal education seminars in Nairobi and provision of accommodation facilities to members with the aim of fostering efficiency and convenience for the legal practitioners.
