The project seeks to establish an ultra-modern media city on the client’s 77-acre piece of land in the leafy suburbs of Karen in Nairobi. The first of its kind in East Africa, the facility will be a hub for world class media productions and entertainment features.
We conducted market research and a comprehensive feasibility study on the viability of the project. Our expertise in financial modelling and business case preparation was also applied in the project.
