In this project, which assumes a Public Private Partnership form, the client aims at redeveloping various houses in Nairobi Eastland’s area. This will target a number of Eastland’s houses in areas like Ngara estate, Pangani etc. into modern facilities with good services.
Mwanzoni, a subcontractor of SS Malonza & Co Advocates has been appointed as the project Transaction advisor to carry out a comprehensive feasibility study on all the proposed projects, prepare detailed financial model clearly indicating the project returns on each of the projects, prepare procurement documents & advise the client of procurement matters.
