TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment Terms: Following completion of the registration form, full payment is required within 5 days after receipt of invoice. PLEASE NOTE payment must be received prior to the training date. A receipt will be issued on payment. Due to limited space, we advice early payment to avoid disappointment. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged under the terms outlined below. We reserve the right to admission if payment is not received on time.
Cancellation/substitution: provided the total fee has been payed, substitutions are at an extra charge up to 7 days before the event. Substitutions between 7 days and the date of the event will be allowed subject to an administrative fee of 10% of the total fee. Otherwise all bookings carry 10% cancellation liability immediately after signed sales contract has been received by Mwanzoni Limited (as defined above). Cancellation must be received in writing by mail 1 weeks before the training is held to obtain a full credit for any future Mwanzoni Limited training.
Indemnity: should for any reason outside the control of Mwanzoni Limited trainings the venue or speakers change or the event be cancelled Mwanzoni Limited shall endeavor to reschedule but the client hereby indemnifies and holds Mwanzoni Limited harmless from and against any and all costs, damages and expenses, including attorney fees, which are incurred by the client. The construction, validity and performance of this agreement shall be governed in all aspects by the laws of Kenya to the exclusive jurisdiction of whose courts the parties hereby agree to submit.
