We were appointed by Karen Country Club to conduct a feasibility study that will direct the further decisions regarding the development of the clubs asset land. This engagement stems from our experienced expertise and capability to provide sufficient informed analysis of the projects that we undertake.

Karen is one of Nairobi’s affluent suburbs, lying 16 kilometres south west of the city centre. Most people are drawn to Karen by its peaceful character, pleasant natural environment and its diverse harmonious population.

Karens residential area offers a blend of colonial bungalows and villas on expansive grounds. It has ensured a continued sense of country life around modern urban centres and facilities.In the neighborhoods are a number of tourist attraction namely the Nairobi national Park to the South, Ngong forest Sanctuary to the East, The Bomas of Kenya, The Mamba Village, the Sheldricks elephant orphanage the Giraffe centre and the KarenBlixenMuseum.

The proposed development of Karen County Club will feature a mixed use establishment with a hotel, residential houses for sale and an office block which will also act as the business centre for the hotel.

The site proposed for development is 10 acres in size located along Karen Road off Langata road in Karen Nairobi. It is owned by Karen Country Club located on the opposite side of the road from the Club’s current grounds and facilities. Immediate neighbors of the site are residential houses, the Tamambo Karen Blixen Coffee house, Symbion Architects and the Valley house Nairobi. The site fronts Karen Road and is bordered by Symbion Architects and a residential house on the left side, undeveloped land on the far back and an access along Forest road on the right.
