Dr.Lawrence Mbugua -CEO

Dr Lawrence Mbugua is the founder and CEO of MWANZONI Ltd. He is an experienced management consultant, with particular expertise in supporting clients in the delivery of complex programmes as well as business transformation and change management. Prior to founding MWANZONI, he worked for Capita, UK’s leading provider of business process management and integrated professional support service solutions for 4 years. He has also worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) UK, where he supported various public-sector clients in change and programme management. He has also worked for Davis Langdon Management Consultancy, where he managed a portfolio of regeneration and capital programmes. He has more than 14 years’ experience in programme and project management. He is a board member of Starehe UK ( – an educational charity that supports and educates young people through the Starehe Boys’ and Girls’ Centres.

Human Resource The Human Resources Department (HR) provides overall policy direction on human resource management issues and administrative support functions related to the management of employees. The drive of the department is to be a strategic partner by providing Human Resources programs that attract, develop, retain, and engage a skilled and diverse workforce.
