In this project, which assumes a Public Private Partnership form, the client aims at redeveloping various houses in Nairobi Eastland’s area. This will target a number of Eastland’s houses in areas like Ngara estate, Pangani etc. into modern facilities with good services.
The project was delivered for an international oil and gas extraction company. It was running behind schedule and Mwanzoni was able to fast track it to meet the required deadlines.
